The answers to the questions in these sections win or lose your disability claim.
Chapter Two Summary - Success Lies In the Answer
Chapter Two reviews each question in section two of the application and makes recommendation for structuring answers. It identifies the crucial questions which are the foundation for the claim.
The first answer in section two is a list of illnesses and conditions. The reader is advised, by explanation and example, of nine ways to build an expansive list. Using the list as a basis the reader is taught by explanation, example and practice how to write power answers. These answers are descriptive and contain objective measurements. The remaining questions in section two of the application are presented with explanations and embedded examples from the sample application.

Chapter 4 Summary– Medical Evidence - The Determining Factor
Chapter Four covers the topics necessary to answer the questions in three sections of the application medical records, tests and medications. The reader is reminded that medical evidence and how it is presented is a make-it-or-break-it factor in the success of their application.
For each section, the reader is presented options for organizing and presenting information in a format that strengthens their case. To stimulate the reader’s creative process, each section contains examples from the sample application.
Completing section 5, information on medications, is straight forward and requires minimum guidance. The chapter suggests attachments to include that not only provide medical evidence but strengthen the case for disability.
In the application Section 6, Tests, can be an overwhelming topic for the applicant. To make it manageable the reader is given categories of tests and taught how to collect, organize and summarize the information within each category.
