Payment of Fees
- Fees must
be paid in advance of the interview or at the in-person interview
- Fee can be
paid in cash, by check or money order or through PayPal.
Cancellation Policy
The claimant may cancel within seven days of the interview with a 30%
penalty for work completed. The claimant will be refunded 70% of funds
after they’ve cleared.
Termination Policy
The agent for SSDI-Services may terminate services for non-compliance to the
claimant’s responsibilities after a warning letter has been issued. The
penalty assessed is dependent on the agent’s completion of the application
at the time of termination.

Expertise
SSDI-Service agents are not medical experts, all discussion of medical
issues are within the scope of an exchange of information and never
constitute medical advice. Claimants should use their own judgment and
consult an attorney or disability representative if they have any questions
or concerns about the application or process of applying for Social Security
Disability Insurance.
Accuracy of Application Data
SSDI-Service agents assume no responsibility for errors, inaccuracies or any
other inconsistency. Every effort is made to avoid errors of omission and
commission. The SSDI-Agent relies on the accuracy of input from the
claimant and their review and approval of the applications accuracy.
Claimants Responsibilities
The claimant agrees to:
- respond to
questions with honest answers without exaggeration or an intent to
deceive
- complete
all forms in a timely manner and agrees to make themselves available to
answer questions within a reasonable timeframe.
- review the
final draft of the application and attachments for corrections,
deletions or changes to the content within a week of receipt of the
application package. The claimant will indicate their approval with
their signature on the affidavit of receipt and approval. The claimant
has responsibility for changing data, not the language or grammar which
remains in the control of the SSDI-Service agent.
Rules
of Conduct
1. The agent for SSDI Services will always:
- treat claimant, related
parties and medical resources with respect
- be dedicated to the sole
purpose of providing a completed SSDI package that has the greatest chance of
being approved.
- Maintain deadlines for the
completion of services unless there are extenuating circumstances

Acting on behalf of the
person seeking SSDI disability, also known as claimant, the agent for
SSDI-Services will:
- Provide competent
assistance
- Recognize the authority if
the claimant to provide accurate information with rights of approval over the
application’s medical and personal information.
- Be forthright in all
dealings with the claimant, medical resources and other contacts in pursuit of
completing the application.
3. The SSDI-Service agent will act with reasonable promptness to:
- answer claimants
- obtain information and when
applicable medical evidence
- complete the application,
related documents and activities
- notifying claimant of any
delays due to non-compliance of medical resources or claimant
4. The agent for SSDI-Services will not:
- in any manner threaten,
coerce, intimidate, deceive, or knowingly mislead a claimant
- knowingly make or present
misleading oral or written statements, assertion representations
- divulge any information
disclosed by the claimant without prior written authorization.
- Assume responsibility for
any unintentional or intentional misinformation or exaggeration made by the
claimant.
